I don't like that NCH limits appointments to [ ]. I think the doctor feels rushed and we, as patients, feel the same. 30 mins is more appropriate for a thorough discussion.

At times when he directed me to a specialist, he always followed up on what the specialist did or said when there was a concern about my health condition.
