Dr. Horwitz does never updates my father's medication record, yet continues to document all medications were verified. He had several medication changes made by other physicians which were not reviewed by Dr. Horwitz . We will be looking for a new provider.

Dr. Horwitz was very thorough and detailed oriented. Very patient appreciated his laid-back demeanor and the fact that he wasn't wearing a white coat to make me have white coat phobia.?

The doctor that was with Dr. Horwitz didn't say a word or anything. I don't know if he spoke English or what, but he never said anything. I don't know if he was just an observer or what. It seemed so strange. He didn't say one word. But okay, that's all I have to say. Thank you.
