The Medical Staff at Virtua Memorial Hospital treated me with respect and were very courteous. They were professional at all times. They were determined to make me feel better and discover why I was feeling so badly. It is my opinion the medical team did ever thing imaginable to find the cause of my problem and determine a solution.

Dr. Horwitz takes great care in his after care notes. I appreciate his diligence. I would like him to connect all patient care notes, such as pulmonary, especially since he consistently documents my smoking. A doctor that can see "across the care of a patient gets a 10 rating from me

Well, I waited 45 minutes after my appointment for him to get in there. I guess he was running way behind, but I was falling asleep in that room. In five more minutes, I was going to leave. But he's a good doctor, no question.

I am more than pleased with Dr. Jerome Horowitz. He explains everything to me. He tells me everything that's going on. He's very polite. He helps me to understand when I ask questions. And I just enjoy him being my cardiologist because of the communication that he shares with me. I appreciate Dr. Jerome Horowitz and I'm very pleased to have him as my doctor and I wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you so much.

I like Dr. Horwitz as my provider. He is very through and explains things. My one fault is the amount of time I wait to see him. My last visit, I waited 1 hour 45 minutes before I was called back to the exam room.

Disappointed on lack of concern of my recent drop in my hemoglobin. Had to rely on my primary physician for follow up care and testing to identify cause of blood loss. Have been treated by GI physician at Penn and soon to be seen by Hemotologist at Cooper. Recent incidental finding of CT scan indicates severe calcification of my coronary arteries which requires additional Cat scan of my heart and blood work. Now in panic stage.

Yes, I've been a patient of Dr. Horwitz along with my wife as well for several years. I found him to be most compassionate, very professional. I'm amazed at how he's able to recall individual situations and everything. I highly recommend him and I've seen many doctors and I'm very, very, very fond of him from a standpoint of his personality and his outlook and especially his competence and everything. We need more like him. Thank you.

The physician was running 35 minutes late. Upon being roomed, the MA was complaining about the equipment not working, no ekg was taken which was typical with past follow ups, the physician was preoccupied with the computer and not me, and his cell phone rang and answered it then telling me it was spam. Sadly, I'll be looking for another cardiologist.
