Dr. Jackson is amazing and he’s very thorough in his questions and answers as well as his documentation of the visit… What I also like is he doesn’t just prescribe medication he schools you the medication etc… I really like and appreciate that aspect because he’ll write on his board and break things down for a better understanding of it… My visits are always pleasant

Dr Jackson is a true professional. He is courteous, and his delivery of information is detailed but easy to understand. He is very attentive. Dr Jackson listens patiently, completely, and intentionally for understanding, however, unlike other physicians I’ve encountered his responses are not scripted but rather relevant to my medical history, potential risk, future treatments and outcomes. He engages me with a dialogue and not a monologue to ensure that I both understand what he is communicating, and that I am comfortable with all aspects of his treatment plan, risk factors and outcomes during the visit. I am grateful to have Dr Jackson as one of the medical professionals responsible for my current medical condition(s).
