Dr. Towns and Josh are keeping me mobile. We work as a team and are having good success! I would recommend the Gardendale orthopedic team to anyone and have done so!

Nurse and the assistant very attentive: the dr was extremely polite and helpful. The pain that I experience on arriving there has subsided and I am feeling much better

I love how personable the doctor was. Ive never had a doctor who cared enough to actually LISTEN to what im saying like Dr. Towns listened. I hate going to doctors but this was a whole different experience. I appreciate the whole staff. Thank you

From the nurses to the doctor, everyone is friendly, responsive to my questions and concerns and they all deserve a raise! Everyone is awesome and that is why I come here because of the quality of care and compassion.

Prior Check In was an absolute PLUS (efficiency is key) Upon arrival greeted at the front desk and checked in, short wait for radiology and then the wait to be called back to see the Dr. was timely. The visit was informative, and he was very attentive to my concerns and came up with a treatment plan that fit my needs. Pleasant visit

Dr Towns is one of the nicest physicians I have ever met. I really liked him and will definitely recommend him to others.

The doctor was rather abrupt. He did not even tell me the results of my X-rays. He seemed annoyed and dismissive. He did however refer me for physical therapy.
