This was the first time I saw Dr. Reid. I'm having an unbelievable amount of pain in my knees. I'm at the point where all I want is to get them fixed. He had so many expectations that he wanted me to meet before he would even consider surgery. He's the fourth knee doctor I've been to so those other 3 were willing to do it and he is not. The long and short of it is this, he basically told me he did not care what my other doctors said about my health. He went on to say that these were his requirements not my other doctors. Frankly I found him to be a little arrogant. As I said, I'm in a great deal of pain,according to his requirements I would have to wait about six months and and then only if his standards were met would he consider doing it. According to him, my A1c isn't good enough, or my heart isn't good enough, or I haven't exercised enough, then I have to go back to the drawing board and wait another six months, come on. I'm hurting.

I love Dr. Jeremy Reid. My brother, I referred to Reconstructive Orthopedic. His outcome was great. The staff, the office people, the receptionists, everybody was wonderful. There's nothing bad I could say about anybody. My day was great. In and out, not long waits either.

It's unfortunate due to insurance issues someone who needs a hip is sent to a rehabilitation before ever having the surgery. It's seems unnecessary and just satisfies the insurance companies for whatever reason

The doctor is fabulous. He's just very informative, very good. He administered needles in both of my knees to relieve my pain. He's very good at that. I would recommend him to anybody that needed this kind of health needs. The office staff is courteous. The girls are sweet, hardworking. I can't say enough about the office. It's clean, beautiful, and run very efficiently. Okay, have a great day.

i can't speak any more highly of the practice as a whole. i have recommended many people to the practice. i recently had my hip replaced by Dr Reid and the care has been exceptional in the office as well as the Surgery Center.

my apmt was for 415pm. i arrived 4pm. I was not called to see the dr till aprox 6 pm - 2 hr wait. No one said to me while I waited. If I wasnt so anxious to see the dr, I should have left. a 2 hr wait in the waiting room is horrible. The dr said there was a problem with the xray machine went I was in his office. Isnt this his responibilty also ..to make sure things were running on time. It was so unprofessional and more

I waited for over a half hr & when the girl got me, she said sorry, the doctor was delayed with other patients ahead of me nut that was after my daughter went to the desk...it would have been nice to get an update after about 20mins.

Dr. Reid has worked with me for eight plus years with my osteoarthritis in both knees. He aloud me to try different routes to control the pain which worked for some time. I am so happy that he allowed me to call the shots as to when I was ready for a TKR! Honestly I only wished I would have done it sooner........one more to go.

Dr. Reid and his staff are absolutely wonderful. He did a hip replacement for me about eight years ago and I was so pleased how well I did immediately. I trust him so much that I sent my daughter to him for her hip replacement and she is more than happy like I am.

All personnel at this office were very courteous, and efficient. There was no real wait time after my appointed arrival time. I was called for my appointment within 5 mins. From the reception sign in, to the X-ray techs, the intake assistant and my time with Dr. Reid. It's a busy place that runs like a well oiled machine. I appreciate the friendly professionalism, very organized stages of patient service, and the helpful answers to my questions. Thank you

Communication and visit with Jeremy Reid was fantastic. The support with Virtua and phone calls back and response and authorization was atrocious and still is and still don't have my test scheduled for an urgent MRI. This is ridiculous, Virtua. Please improve.
