The nurse and doctor both told me that strep throat at my age wasn’t likely and therefore tested for flu and Covid that were not necessary. Rather than check for strep and then go forward. A little frustrating as I am older therefore I know a few things about illnesses!

I have had to contact the office more than once to get the referal straight. For someone who is not familiar with how to navigate the system this could have resulted in a delay of care and a poor outcome

Jeremy is a pleasant change from the two female doctors I had between the times I had him. They were not good at interpersonal communication, and they treated me like meat. Jeremy does not do that.

This was a video call and, unfortunately, lots of glitches. I used the link that was sent to me but when I activated it I went to the EPIC site while Jeremey was on the 'dox' site. Even though my link said 'dox' it took me to a different place that what Jeremy was accessing. We ended up having a phone call but lost a lot of time trying to get the links to connect. I do not know if others have had similar experiences but this needs to be addressed.
