I have been going to this practice since Dr. Kaur Transferred here (she has since left). This is the most efficient practice, immediately responsive to any requests and concerns. I really appreciated Dr. Kaur and have only seen Brooke Jennings once for a new patient check up. However, she is exceptional too, carefully listened to my concerns and gave great advice. Competent and caring. All the staff are friendly and efficient.

It's not very often that I give a perfect score because everyone has room for improvement and nobody's perfect except the good lord above. The team Brooke has is very knowledgeable of their jobs and treat everyone with respect and dignity the way medical practices should be. And Dr.Jennings has excellent bedside manners.

Dr. Jennings took the time to answer any and all of my questions in terms that I was able to understand. She was respectful for the tests I did not want to have run and did not force the issue. She did, however, explain the tests or vaccines due.

Brooke is absolutely amazing, I’m very thankful to have her as my PCP. She always takes time with me and makes it all personable and never makes me feel like a bother. I always recommend her if someone is looking for a PCP.

I never have to wait to be seen. The office moves quickly and smoothly, from check-in to lab. Brooke always takes her time with me and I never feel rushed. Brooke and Tina are always quick to respond to Mychart messages.

I adore Brooke. She knows I'm trying to quit smoking (again) and encourages me to keep trying. She is very understanding and easy to talk to. The other three ladies (in-take and two nurses...I don't remember the first lady's name, but the other was Jennifer)that I spoke to yesterday were very nice. I'm on the mend (as I have an illness during summer..yuck!) thankfully.

Brooke made me feel as thought we had known each other for a long time - even though this was my first time seeing her! She is very compassionate and empathetic. She took the time to get to know more about my life and made me feel truly cared for. I was very happy to have made an appointment with her! I highly recommend her for anyone who is seeking a primary care provider in Zanesville.

Every time I go in to see Brook she is amazing! I switched to her a while back and don’t regret it at all. I tell her she can never leave and always recommend her to friends looking for a new doctor. Especially my female friends, as I believe Brook is smart, relatable and understands me. She always takes time with me to fully listen and I truly believe she cares about me and wants me to be my best as a wife, mother, friend, coworker and all the other hats a busy woman wears. Brook is the BEST!

The front desk staff have ALWAYS been outstanding!! They are always kind and caring. Brooke Jennings has been phenomenal!!! I've only seen her twice, since Carol D retired, and Brooke is so thorough, kind and compassionate with me! She genuinely cares about what I'm going through! I highly recommend her!!!!

I’ve been going to Brooke Jennings for over five years. She is always courteous and caring about my health and letting me explain things and fully to describe whatever problem I may be having. She then takes the time to explain what the best course would be and explain the care that I would need to take at home. Also, her nurse Tina is very helpful and courteous.

This was my first appointment with Brooke Jennings, and she was very nice and listened very carefully. I needed a blood work done, and Sarah (phlebotomist) did a fabulous job. I usually have a hard time having blood drawn, but she got it on the 1st try.
