From the minute I enter the office I feel at ease. The receptionists and medical support team members are always friendly and helpful. The Practitioners take the time to listen to my concerns with interest and work to provide and support individualized solutions. Jennifer Scott is by far the best primary care provider I have had in my 56 years. Thank you to all for your hard work and dedication-

Testing can be done on sight. I don’t know yet which tests but but not having to travel for each test is a plus. My doctor Jennifer is very thorough and doesn’t rush . My first visit with her was really pleasant. The facility is very nice and staff is personable.

The P.A. was great but I was told that having an initial appointment with a P.A. would allow me to have an annual (new patient) appointment with a physician. Low and behold there were no appointments with said physician until December. I wasted paying a copay I could have used just seeing a different doctor the first time. I'm still looking for a new physician. This was a waste of my time.

The location is close to where I live so that is what got my attention initially and also the fact that I could have my blood work done on site was a plus too. It's always nice to be in a new facility that is aesthetically pleasing, clean & comfortable. The staff at the front desk was welcoming as was each person I encountered. I was also impressed with the professionalism of each person. I felt I received quality attention and care. Thank you.
