Availability. Dr. [last name] and the PAs take time to hear and ask questions and address issues. Staff makes good use of technology for prescriptions and refills. I like having a lab on-site vs having to go to a centralized lab.

The front desk staff are mostly friendly and always helpful. The check-out staff are helpful and patient. From my vantage point, all areas of the facility are pristine. I always enjoy visits with my family physician. I have found her to be both professional and kind, listening and spending whatever time is needed to help. She is never dismissive. Yeah, the whole office appears to be peaceful; everyone going about their particular role quietly, friendly and efficiently.

The level of care I have receive is always top tier. I recently went into Afib, and Jennifer Scott, PA-C, managed my visit with the utmost patience and professionalism. The Cardiac Electrophysiology team was not able to see me and was hard to reach, so Jennifer took the initiative to direct message the Cardiac Electrophysiology team. Because of Jennifer's proactiveness, I was able to avoid an ER visit as I went out of Afib late that evening. I am forever grateful for the stress she saved me and my family.
