I'm beyond thankful to Dr. Vigil and her clinic support staff for working me at 3:40pm on the same day that I called them requesting an appt.

Dr. Vigil is very caring and is thorough in her care. So thankful for her. Also her assistant - I think is Amanda is awesome. She is kind, and efficient. Seems to be a hard worker.

The MD was great, but the wait to be able to see the physician was long.

With an appointment booked a year before, I would prefer to be initially seen by the physician. NP student came first in the room and was kind of lost, Physician joined later. Appointment was delayed 30 min. Also, I was called for initial intake and vital and sent back to the waiting room (even though they were rooms vacant) - that does not make sense as flow for patients. Professional who did the intake was lacking skills, did not ask for medication, rushed throughout the vitals.
