Dr. Ramos was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable about my situation. She was very friendly and I felt comfortable immediately. The staff there were ALL so very nice. I do have to say that booking the appointment had nothing to do with Dr. Ramos, I didn’t know her name then. Thank you all!
