Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Snyder, is My GP and very good at analyzing situations. Very happy to have her as my physician. also, if caring pays attention to my needs and gives me great eye contact.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
This was truly one of the best physician visits I've had. I've met with other practitioners at this location before, but Dr Snyder and this visit are the best interaction I've had with medical staff in my life. I often hate coming to the doctor due to medical neglect/malpractice in my past. I'm actually looking forward to meeting with her again soon to keep working on plans we have in place. I felt heard and seen for once, and not once spoken down to which is all too common in medical spaces in my experience. Getting my health in better order feels doable now, for the first time ever.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
My PCP and her assistant were very thorough, friendly and professional. Conditions and diagnosis were explained in an easily understood manner. Any questions I had were adequately answered to my satisfaction.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
No improvement suggestions at this time. Wonderful visit, as doctors visits go.

My Dr. Jennifer Snyder, for my personal opinion. She is an extraordinary Doctor and person, and I’m including her nurse .

Dr Snyder and all staff members i had contact with were outstanding. Always very complete and provided suggestins for overall health. For example getting a dpt shot due to my lung impairment. Keep up the great work.

Dr Snyder is always so caring and interested in my overall care and I always feel like she is watching out for my health . I am referring my daughter and husband (who just moved back to St. Louis ) to her practice !

I was delighted to meet Dr Synder & her team. This was my first visit with them& it was wonderful! I am changing from my previous long term dr because the office is complete chaos.

The staff was friendly. Dr Snyder listened to me and explained any symptoms I had. She advised me and giving my choice on my care. I’m so happy that I have her as a primary physician.

Dr Snyder is very good, listers to you, answers all your your questions, does not push you to get finished. I feel comfortable with her, asking questions, listening to her suggestions and asking questions if I do not understand. I fell fortunate to have her as my primary care physician.

I experienced an unusual condition which dr. Snyder was very concerned about. I was nervous and somewhat upset over the situation I was in. She was compassionate. I needed wound care over the weekend when all facilities were closed. She called in the convenient care nurse practitioner to assess my situation for a weekend visit. Unfortunately, the NP was not able to help. They arranged for me to visit a wound care facility on monday. EVERYONE was fabulous and made me feel important and that they really cared about my situation.I left there feeling better than when I first arrived.

Jennifer Snyder took time to understand my health. Issues and needs, She was very responsive and thorough. Couldn’t be happier with her level of care. Left feeling very confident that she was on top of my health needs.

Doctors assistant was very nice and explained procedures & questions thoroughly.completely. Really like this do!

Would like doctor to say she is done, maybe good bye when leaving room. Wasn’t too sure if we were done & how long I should continue taking ampicillin. She did explain everything else very well.
