Jennifer was very thorough in reviewing my surgery outcome, shared the X-rays and explained the placement of the plates. She carefully examined the incisions and my leg, listened to the questions I had and provided answers. From the minute we entered the office, we were greeted, received immediate attention at check and then taken back to start with X-rays. Experience in the office was good how ever was kept on hold for almost an hour to reschedule. Was extremely difficult to speak to a person in the phone room.
