The PA was unable to answer my questions regarding exercises, told me that was a PT thing. She delegated my suture removal to a medical assistant who left 5 sutures in one of my wounds.

Everyone from the front desk to my surgeon left me feeling comfortable and confident that I was receiving great medical care. The rehabilitation facilities and the hospital appeared clean, updated, well appointed and comfortable. All staff members were polite, professional and patient with my questions and my nervousness.

Jennifer was very thorough in reviewing my surgery outcome, shared the X-rays and explained the placement of the plates. She carefully examined the incisions and my leg, listened to the questions I had and provided answers. From the minute we entered the office, we were greeted, received immediate attention at check and then taken back to start with X-rays. Another. technician carefully removed the numerous staples without causing any pain. My overall experience at Virtua Reconstructive Orthopedics was excellent. Thank you for the great care!

Experience in the office was good how ever was kept on hold for almost an hour to reschedule. Was extremely difficult to speak to a person in the phone room.
