Office staff and nurse were pleasant. The doctor was not mean but she appeared to not really care about my concerns. She would ask me questions but not give me a chance to answer them.. She appeared be in rush or just did not want to be there.it was early in the week and the office was not busy. I am considering changing care teams but I will not see this doctor again for sure. The crazy thing is I've seen her on TV many times and she always appeared to be a good doctor. Maybe she was having a bad day.

Everything went smoothly. Doctor is wonderful. Office is very clean and has a great appearance. Just love going there.

I did not see my regular provider that I was suppose to see. No one told me I was not going to see her?? The front desk people called me many, many times about this and it was just a mess! There is no communication among staff members and no one takes accountability for their actions as individuals or as a team! The front desk is either rude or miserable.

The only disagreement I had was it was much too long waiting for the doctor after the resident came in. Much too long.

Dr. LeComte is an outstanding primary care provider for adults with special needs. Our son with autism is under her care and we trust her implicitly. She is outstanding in all regards.
