I was stuck in unexpected heavy traffic enroute to my appt, and called to inform the clinic. Reception changed my appt to virtual to accomodate the appt. I appreciated their professionalism and assistance so I could keep my appt. Jennifer Simcox is an exceptional care provider. I appreciate her willingness to listen to my concerns about my health and has eased my mind many times about symptoms I worried over. She has guided me to make improvements to my health based on my timeline, is encouraging and never pushy, offering appropriate medical advice and knowledge. I feel as if she truly cares about ME as a person, and that is a RARE experience. The North Hills Renown office provides the best services all around. 10/10.

Dr Simcox is very caring and listened to me try to explain how I have been experiencing occasional dizziness. She has changed 1 of my prescriptions in hopes that will help. She ask if I had anyone that occasionally looks in on me to make sure I am ok since I live alone. In all my years there have only been a few Drs that really care.

Jennifer Simcox is the best provider that I've ever had in my entire history of healthcare. Renown obviously isn't the best, but she makes me stay and come back and makes me feel so comfortable and confident in my care. I actually had an awful experience with Renown a few years ago. I entered the ER a few times and no one seemed to pay attention. I actually ended up being admitted for three weeks and after that I almost never returned to Renown until I had Jennifer Simcox and she made me completely change my perspective to Renown. I adore her and she's the most amazing provider that I've ever had. Thank you.

Jenn always listens, gives me the most up-to-date research and information on my conditions and treatments. She goes above and beyond to make sure my prescriptions get filled, and she doesn’t miss anything on my labs! Her assistant also took excellent care of me.

I had to find a new primary Dr. Because of new insurance I wasn't really happy about that, because my last one I had for 13 years, but I love my new provider Jennifer Simcox, my 1st visit we went thru everything I have done, etc, she listen and make sure everything was in my chart. She was very thorough. I am extremely happy with her
