I was very impressed with Jennifer Inzer. This was the first time I've seen her. She had familiarized herself with my medical records including a recent visit to the ED. Her plan of care was thorough. Lab test, prescription and a referral to a specialist. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Minutes after the visit ended I was notified via the portal that my referral was ready and my prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. Everything went smoothly.

The appointment was easy to set up and easy to attend (once I remembered to use Chrome and not Safari as my web browser). This was my first telehealth visit but I found it extraordinarily convenient to schedule, pleasant to attend, and overall reassuring in terms of meeting my immediate concerns.

This was a follow up from an ER visit. I was experiencing severe lower back pain from a heart procedure. I received an opiate for pain after my ER visit. After explaining my pain, Jennifer prescribed a muscle relaxer and steroids to help me. As of today, 11/23 Sunday, my pain has lessen and I have mobility. I appreciate the professional and quality of care I needed.
