She’s the best provider I’ve ever seen for my arthritis. Her genuine passion for understanding these diseases makes the years of being untreated feel a little less heavy, because I finally feel like someone wonderful is truly in my corner. It’s not about her saying she cares - it’s how she shows it. She explains the “why” behind every test, takes the time to go through my imaging with me, and makes sure I understand what’s actually happening in my body. Out of all the X-rays I’ve had, no rheumatologist has ever taken the time to show me the images themselves. She does, and that alone is incredibly validating. Her attention to detail and commitment to understanding the diseases makes me feel seen and understood in a way I haven’t experienced before.
