The only issue I had was the wait time. I understand that providers are busy but I am too and my appt was scheduled at 9 but I didn’t see her till close to 10 and now have to make that time up with my employer

I was scheduled for a physical. Was waiting for 45 min in a cold room. And then there was about 10 min spent with me for the physical. Not enough time to go through all of my concerns. My provider is always very good but was already 45 min behind schedule which made me feel like my appointment was rushed.

Like I said before my provider Jennifer is amazing and you need about 10 more of her, but if she does not have a good team around her, then she is only going to be set up for failure.

Always takes her time and really listens to what I have to say. Remembers me from past visits. Seems truly concerned about my progress and wants to help. I cannot imagine seeing another provider.
