My only negative comment was she was really late to my appointment. The first part went very smooth then we had to wait for the doctor.

Dr. Carrasquillo is a great doctor and I'm thankful I'm able to see her for my epilepsy. I trust her and follow her instructions because I know she cares and does what's best for her patients. She listens to everything I have to say, asks me questions to better understand what I'm saying, and provides easily understood feedback for someone without any medical knowledge. I never feel rushed or ignored with her.

Have called the doctor’s office twice after waiting 2 days for a discussion about the MRI that was done on 8/26/25. Each time medical office assistant/ staff told me I’d get a return call soon. I don’t have a clear understanding of the MRI results I looked at via My Chart. Am I good to go or is there something else I should look into about my headaches? Please help me either way. I’d be grateful

Very attentive and caring, took the time to examine and observe my obvious problems with balance and use of a walker for stability. In addition to my daily exercise routine, she recommended tai chi, if possible. I appreciate her genuine kindness and desire to help me.
