Frustration with the front desk. No wait list log was on the desk, so we proceeded to sit in the chairs in the waiting area. We suspected we would be called as we had an appointment time. When the receptionist returned to the front desk, she was on her cell phone and work phone. We arrive 20 minutes early to our appointment and then waited 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment time. When we went up to the desk, we asked when we are going in - to the receptionist? The receptionist asked who they were and if they had an appointment.... My frustration was that if you see someone sitting in your waiting area for any amount of time, including 30 minutes, the staff person should take the initiative and inquire if they have an appointment or if they needed some kind of assistance. Especially with the geriatric population they may have a tendency to assume that things are taken care of when they are indeed not. However, we were squeezed in the following day, and staff was fantastic. It was. The neurologist was amazing and we were very happy with the care that was given us. I would ask that moving forward those at the front desk should be mindful of the people in the waiting area and take the initiative to make sure people are taken care - signed in, especially with this population. I liked Jennifer a lot. She had my previous visit information on the computer and referred to it. She asked me questions as well as giving me the opportunity to ask her questions. Very helpful and professional!

Welcoming environment, but the first staff who did the first test did not take care to clean the patient at the end. So she was wet.

I see Jennifer Buckingham and really like her. She listens to me, remembers me from my last visit and has my medication dosed so well that I haven't had a seizure in seven years.

Dr Buckingham was so sweet and she made me feel comfortable and listened to everything I said and was not rushed - if I need a Neurologist again I will go back to them !!

Jennifer is exceptional at what she does. She listens to me and she spends as much time as needed to address my concerns. The inside of your facility could use some modernizing. Take the stupid six foot social distancing stickers off the floor. It's been established that that was all made up. Thank you.

I would encourage the office to continue to operate the way in which it does. Everybody there is fabulous. Jennifer in particular. I feel really comfortable when I meet with her. She knows my medical history and is just very, very accommodating, knowledgeable, and on top of things. So I say, please continue to operate the way in which you do.

I just wanted to say that Dr. Buckingham, I've been going there for a couple of years. She is awesome. She knows my whole history, doesn't have to read it. I mean, she's awesome, awesome, awesome doctor. And the girls in the office are great. Never a problem. Everything works out very good with medications, all that. So I'm very happy with them and that's about all I have to say. Thank you very much.

Ms. Jennifer Buckingham had a very uplifting personality and was very knowledgeable of retrieving the neurological scans that needed to be seen and then explaining it in layman's term for our understanding of what we were looking at.
