I would encourage the office to continue to operate the way in which it does. Everybody there is fabulous. Jennifer in particular. I feel really comfortable when I meet with her. She knows my medical history and is just very, very accommodating, knowledgeable, and on top of things. So I say, please continue to operate the way in which you do.

I just wanted to say that Dr. Buckingham, I've been going there for a couple of years. She is awesome. She knows my whole history, doesn't have to read it. I mean, she's awesome, awesome, awesome doctor. And the girls in the office are great. Never a problem. Everything works out very good with medications, all that. So I'm very happy with them and that's about all I have to say. Thank you very much.

I was very impressed with Jennifer and how she showed me everything so that I could understand it. And she took the time to explain everything. It was great and asked lots of questions. I thought she was fantastic. Thanks.

Ms. Jennifer Buckingham had a very uplifting personality and was very knowledgeable of retrieving the neurological scans that needed to be seen and then explaining it in layman's term for our understanding of what we were looking at. We really felt her genuine care and concern for her patient. Thank you Ms. Jennifer, we appreciate you and your service.

Dr. Buckingham is one of the most amazing, loving, caring doctors that I have ever met in my life. In the past six months, she has been nothing but giving me faith and hope to get back on track. She embraced me, she showed caring and loving, and each step that I was making showed me that This is just not the end, but the beginning of a beautiful journey, accomplishments that I have made since last December when I met her for the first time. Mostly the staff was fine. The providers are amazing. But some of the receptionist is very not so, bedside manner, or however you want to call it.

My appointment was scheduled for 8:20 am. I was not seen until 8:50. I received no explanation or apology for the delay. Ten to fifteen minutes late is hardly acceptable. Thirty minutes late is a total mismanagement of time by your staff. I will not wait that long for my next appointment. My time is just as valuable as everyone else's.
