I had excellent care from Dr. Bickhaus in 2020; she was just as thorough and patient with this current situation. I could not ask for a better physician to address my condition. She is very friendly, always willing to answer questions regarding exam, etc...

Dr. Bickhaus seems very responsive to my questions through the portal so that I don’t feel like I have to figure out by myself problems that have arisen with my prescription, infection, etc. This is important to me since I live 2.5 hours away from St. Louis. She also is very good at explaining things to my non-medical mind. I appreciate that.
