I felt dismissed with my concerns. She appeared unconcerned and as if I was bothering her. These complaints were new and I was concerned. The way the issues were dismissed made no sense. It was an incredibly frustrating experience. I will be finding a different provider. Everyone else I who provided care from the front desk to the nurse taking my vitals were great!

Good experience with Staff/Jennifer was listened to and tried to figure out what was happening after 3 years of not seeing a Doctor/ testing etc.

She was very friendly. Apologized for being late, and explained things well. She oversaw the appointment with the medical student who actually did the physical exam.

There are honestly no words that I can use to describe the amazing experience that I have had at this office. I have never felt so comfortable ever in one years that I have been going to any gynecologist they made me feel so comfortable. I’ve never felt that comfortable ever Jennifer and her staff that was with me That day were so patient and understanding and kind to me. They definitely definitely need to be acknowledged.
