She was very gentle and caring. She was also very knowledgeable with regards to my problem. I was very happy with Ms. Berkowitz.

While I understand that this was just a normal check up, the appointment felt rushed. Had I not brought up my concerns about my birth control pills on my own, I feel as if it would have not been a topic of discussion. I also had questions about potential fertility, but felt rushed out before I could ask them. When I first saw this practitioner, she was kind and was not in a rush.

Jennifer Berkowitz is the best gyn provider I've ever had. I have never felt so seen, heard, and understood as I did with her. She really cares and takes the time to explain things in a relatable manner. Her bedside manner is top notch. She is thorough, quick, and a joy to work with.

I felt dismissed with my concerns. She appeared unconcerned and as if I was bothering her. These complaints were new and I was concerned. The way the issues were dismissed made no sense. It was an incredibly frustrating experience. I will be finding a different provider. Everyone else I who provided care from the front desk to the nurse taking my vitals were great!
