It was easy and quick to get an appointment, I was promptly seen once I checked in for my appointment. Dr. Balasko listened to my concerns, asked me questions, and was able to give me a prompt diagnosis. I am already starting to feel better.

Everything was simple, I got in fairly timely (I know appointments are backed up) and my doctor was attentive and not rushed at all, very friendly, seemed to really care.

I never liked going to the doctor but when I'm not pressured or criticize about things I appreciate that snd having an informative doctor who is pleasant and don't talk down to me is nice

Yes, I found Dr. Balasko to be extremely competent. She listened to the my complaints and issues. She took time to understand, and thoroughly take care of these issues, and acted on them with great punctuality. I'm very impressed with her.
