All the staff there have been really, really great with me. Jennifer Brown is very knowledgeable. She's very sincere and she helped me understand things I didn't spend a lot of time with me. You're lucky to have her.

The front office people are sometimes some what distant. The medical assistant could be a little more friendly.

Jennifer Brown is delightfully personable and I truly enjoy seeing her each year for my annual visit. She shared information about my CPAP and when to think about getting a new machine. We also discussed different sleeping positions depending on how you sleep (i.e. side sleeper, back sleeper, etc.). I found it very helpful and appreciated her time.

Jennifer Brown is an EXCELLENT APRN. She cares about her patients and her job, she listens, she has excellent medical knowledge and excellent customer service skills. Can't ask for more than that.

Very enjoyable meeting Rebecca in Pulmonary. She asked how I was doing. Then she went over my tests and recommended using my Nebulizer with 7% saline daily which I have and to add a breathing device to follow due to what she sees in my CTC Scan. She believes it will help my lungs. She was very helpful. I appreciate her expertise and positive feedback.

Ms. Brown did a very effective job of going through my history and options for treatment. The only thing that I probably was my fault and that was not emphasizing enough my breathing difficulty. But overall, she's great.

My time with Jennifer was perfect. She was not only kind and knowledgeable about my past and my current history, she was very encouraging about some of the changes that I have made recently, which have obviously helped my condition more than declining, which would have been most likely as I age. So three cheers for her and the staff. They're all fabulous.
