I cannot say enough about the staff at St. Luke's Pulmonology. The entire staff is very professional, courteous and caring. Dr. Svetlecic takes time to listen to concerns and explains things in a clarifying manner. I am thankful for finding this kind of professionalism, genuine care, and customer service.

Tim was really, really nice. He was very caring and took good care of me. He had a way of putting you at ease, and did not rush you.
The doctor was really great. She was caring and concerned about my other medical problems. She took her time with me and I did not feel rushed at all. I have no complaints about my visit.

Jennifer, the doctor, handled a very sensitive situation between myself and my wife concerning her smoking very, very well. She's an excellent doctor and definitely a benefit to your staff. Thank you.

The pulmonary provider that I saw actually was a nice twist and listened to my issues post-stroke. She actually cared. I have struggled seeing the same listening and compassion from all of my other providers since I've had my stroke. They acted like I did not exist or care.

Dr Jennifer has been my pulmonologist for many years. She's always kind and ready to listen. Anything she can do she will do to support her patients well being both from a physical and mental perspectiive..

Doctor jen goes beyond what she needs to . She works with you to get what u want as well as works with your insurance to get what you need, She is a special person as well as a doctor and I feel honored to have her on my team

It went smooth and convenience is everything to me. Having a virtual meeting with provider that I already know about me to assist me on a virtual visit was absolutely divine. I love it.

Dr. Jen was amazing! She was so positive and caring while listening to my concerns and when I cried over how scary my hospitalization was. Everyone that I needed to interact with at that visit was so kind.

I have been going to Dr Svetlecic fo 12+ years. She is a great doctor and would highly recommend her to any one needing a pulmonologist. The staff is very caring.
