She asks my daughter questions, communicates with her and listens to any questions or concerns she has as well as me as parent

Dr Millstead was incredibly kind and compassionate. She spent the appointment talking through our first few days at home with a newborn. She was excited for his little victories and even went through additional testing he had done inpatient. She was up to speed on our son when she stepped in the room- I could tell she had read through his chart before seeing us. She spoke kindly of her colleague (our chosen pediatrician) and we left feeling very well taken care of. Would see her again and again.

Dr Millstead is wonderful. She is kind, very caring. She takes time with the patient and doesn't rush. She makes people feel welcomed and cared for.
