My visit required a prescription to be sent to my pharmacy provider and it was done immediately after my visit. Also, I have had to ask Ms. Horton for advice through the patient portal and I received timely advice.

I waited over 20 mins for video call. I do not know where, when or if i will get results. When i went to pick up my antibiotic the next day at noon, they hadto put a rush on it because they just received script.

Jenna enters the exam room prepared to ask about past issues. This tells me she reviews my chart before greeting me and I take that as a sign that she cares about my comfort. She is actively engaged in conversation with her patients,. No computer distraction. Just conversation. Very refreshing in today’s world! I appreciate her attentiveness
