Jenna was very, very good. She knew my situation going into the appointment. She was very thorough and made some recommendations and helped me with medication. She ordered some x-rays, which were not ordered before. And I wait for her response to the results of the x-rays and the blood work that she ordered. But overall, I was quite pleased with the way she handled my situation.

This is the first time that I met Jenna and I felt very comfortable as soon as she walked in the door and I think that's important because when you're seeing somebody besides your regular doctor that you see for many years, you know, sometimes you get a little anxious, well I do. And the staff is always nice and pleasant. All the experiences I've had and I've gone quite a while to this office is extremely excellent. So I have nothing to say but good reviews.

The PA was very thorough, clearly reviewed my chart, and explained what could have caused my symptoms and gave suggestions to take care of the symptoms, if they recurr. I was very pleased with the care I received

I scheduled my appointment and asked for the same day and they did fit me in. And it's the first time I had met this young lady and she was very attentive to all my needs and I will see her again any time for evaluation.

The check-in employee was very nice and the provider was excellent. My entire family loves Dr. [REDACTED] but due to her schedule being so booked, I had to see the PA. I was so happy that the PA turned out to be terrific. I was not impressed while checking out that the office manager came down from upstairs and had all the employees circle her and proceeded to tell them that they are not filling out the precert screens correctly and leaving to many blank fields. She obviously was not happy with them and it was very awkward. The person who was half way through checking me out just stopped dealing with me and got in the huddle to be schooled. Thankfully someone else walked by and asked my name and started the checking out process again. After the manager finally walked away it was obvious the staff were not happy. The other thing I was not happy about is the condition of the facility - was unkept and unclean looking.
