At the Virginia Health, they did a fantastic job. Jenna was amazing. She is amazing, so kind, so attentive, so caring. 10 out of 10 I would recommend again and cannot wait to see them again. So, of course, I'd rather not see anybody for my health, but this is what I have to do. And once again, thank you so much.

The Gastro specialist building at 693 Main St in Lumberton needs a push button for the doors so you can better enter with a wheelchair. Why have the ramp and no button to open the doors? We can do better here!

My PA was excellent. There was one member of the staff who was the one who took me back to do vitals and I can't remember her name, but she was the only really lovely person there other than the PA. The staff was not at all friendly and welcoming. Seemed like they didn't want to be there.

I cannot say enough superlatives about Jenna! Unbelievable clinician. I left her feeling as though I had every one of my issues had a path forward that we both discussed and agreed to. She did not appear rushed and made me feel heard and seen (and liked). She is such an energetic and positive and peppy person. Can't say enough positive things about her.

Im scheduled to have a procedure and still waiting for the scheduler to call me back like she said she would. I was promised a date in the next couple weeks and was given almost 2 months from now. Unacceptable.

All if the staff was wonderful! The tech/asst. & the all of the ladies at the front desk were professional, polite, resoectful, smiling, and cheerful even to the family member in the waiting area. The ladies all seemed to get along & one could just hear happy voices. It was a pleasure, as you don't have that experience in medical offices these days. Keep it up ladies! Thank you for making our morning!

I was treated with the utmost respect from all staff involved during my appointment. I couldn't say one thing negative even if I wanted to because they were the absolute awesome crew to handle that appointment and I hope to see them again in the future if I need to.

Everyone was very polite - front desk on arrival and on departure; the nurse that took me back to the exam room and then the doctor. They were also all friendly and in a happy mood. Very good experience.

Jenna is very knowledgeable about my condition and gives me ample opportunity to ask questions get very good answers and definitely gives me the feeling. She is very interested in my health and mental health. I no longer think of Ms. Berezansky as a physicians assistant she is my doctor.

Everyone from the provider to the PCT to the front desk is awesome. They are kind, considerate, efficient and more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are cared for appropriately.

I liked them when they were private practice and even though it feels like corporate takeover, it's nice that when they pull up my chart that they can see all my stuff that's going on. I think my only non Virtua provider is my obgyn.
