Jen was very patient and explained alll the items on my blood test chart. She would even crack a joke which I thought she was really kind person.

I came to the appointment quite anxious about one aspect of the recent blood tests. Nurse Practitioner Lin immediately understood my worries, and completely removed any anxiety, and she explained why. So not only did I leave feeling completely relieved but I understood how the test results should be read by someone of my age and background. I was so, so happy! She understood and removed all my fears!

Nurse Jen is very caring and understanding. She makes sure that all our queries are answered. She explains all matters to my chemo treatment very efficiently and she is thorough. She goes through my medical reports, medications that I'm taking and my health concerns, etc. We are very happy with her.

Dr Jiali Li is a wonderful dr. She is very informative, clarifies all our doubts and makes sure that we are on the same page going together towards my treatment n cure. I am always boasting about my all my doctors especially Dr Jiali Li.

This was the first time I was seeing Lin, but I was impressed. She was caring, compassionate and thorough. She was able to provide a different way of looking at some of my test results which was helpful this far along in my care process.
