Michael Jeffries, PA was excellent. He answered all our questions, explained any concerns we had about care and was a total professional who cares for his patients. Also, he listened to our concerns about communications between different BJC doctors and their offices and immediately addressed the issue. Very grateful for his attention in this concern.
