I appreciate his experience in helping me control my blood sugar. He is also great and making sure my medications provide by the heart specialist works well with my blood sugar medications.

I was able to get an appointment within the same day as my onset of symptoms. Dr. Richards did not rush through our appt, was very attentive and listened well. He ordered appropriate tests and discussed follow-ups.

I like to have my lipid blood panel done at least once a year. This has been my experience all my adult life. It seems that my blood panel should be done a few days ahead of my appointment so that results can be discussed. If other tests need to be done, then I understand why those tests would follow the annual wellness visit.

Seems to be conscientious of the effects of medicine and not indifferent to explanations or understanding from the team effort or his own reflection and reading of the value on testing or checking over all vitals and listening

Very good listener. Was not patronizing in any way. Very thorough but didn't belabor medical conditions we covered. Feel I can contact him through patient portal with any concerns I have. Wish he had followed up on lab work I had done re my endocrinologist.
