There is never a long wait to see him. He is very kind and explains everything to where you can understand the process and answers any and all questions. I would recommend him to everyone.

I was worked into the schedule the same day I called about a potentially urgent eye problem. Dr.Olsen was thorough in his exam, explained what had happened, and made sure a surgical implant (performed elsewhere) was still in place. He was kind, reassuring, answered my questions and provided exceptional medical care. He recommended a follow-up with a specialist at the same clinic for my particular eye disease. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Olsen is kind and professional. He explained my eye condition in terms that were easy to understand and told me what to expect. At the end of the visit, he told me that if certain changes occur with my vision I should come back to have my eye examined right away to make sure that everything is still okay with my retina.

Dr Olsen is absolutely the best and only OD you will ever need or want. He’s all about the patient, personable, knowledgeable, professional and all around awesome. My husband and I, my sister, and three of our friends all go to him and none of us would ever consider seeing anyone else.

Excellent staff. Assistant did a very efficient job with pretesting, explaining what she was doing.
Dr Olsen explains the test results clearly and answered questions along with suggests.

After a thorough exam Dr Olsen explained what was causing my vision problems, answered all my questions and suggested several options to clear the vision. He is very friendly and knowledgeable.

The experience was a good one. Jesus, the tech who administered the vision field test and checked my eyes before seeing Dr. Olsen, was respectful, professional yet friendly. The nurse who assisted was helpful, and professional. Dr. Olsen was direct, professional and answered my questions so I could understand what he said.
