Dr. Ciccone was thorough and answered all the questions asked. His NP, Aida, was exceptional. I have seen many doctors for my condition, and she was the first one to do a full, comprehensive exam to try to find the root of the pain, and she was very caring. I really felt like she wanted to find out what was going on and help. Dr. Ciccone gave me hope that they will find out what is going on and help me feel better. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Ciccone and his NP, Aida.

Every staff member I encountered was kind, genuine, and caring. The doctor was extremely confident without ever coming across as cocky, and that confidence was very reassuring going into my procedure. The team in the operating room was also confident, professional, and compassionate, which made the entire experience much more comfortable.
All of the nurses were incredibly friendly, had excellent bedside manners, and truly made me feel like family. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Hospital for Special Surgery to anyone in need of exceptional care.

I am so glad I found Dr. Ciccone. Before, I was dismissed by providers for my pain and one even suggested I would never walk correctly again. Instead, he gives me actionable options and has been able to ease my hip pain so I can walk and keep up with my young son.

Dr Ciccone explalins everything in terms I can understand without being condescending; very compassionate, open to questions and alternative ways of dealing with my medical issues. Calming demeanor as well.

I have been a patient since 1977 and have had numerous surgeries and procedures. There is no place I would rather be treated by the doctors and staff than at HSS.

Dr. Ciccone is patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He made the procedure I had very tolerable, and explained everything that was going on. I highly recommend Dr. Ciccone to anyone that says they are looking for a pain management doctor.
