Dr. Bigelow was very patient with me. I've been experiencing a lot of memory loss and stress, and he was very understanding and, listened to all of my concerns.

I came to see this provider to get a 2nd opinion. I came away extremely impressed and deciding that I would transfer the care from my old provider to Dr. Bigelow. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He listens, he researches things and he obviously cares about his patients. Thank you.

Well, I - we've known Jeff for several years, he's been my health care provider, he's also a family friend so of course that might bias me a little bit in his favor but really, he has been very, very good about listening to my concerns and being helpful and he's just a great provider. I really like him, he's a gentleman all the time and that's my comment, thank you.

Dr. Bigelow… I've been to many neurologist and he is very knowledgeable but also very personable which is hard to find in a neurologist. A lot of them are strange and so I like that he is not only very smart but he is also personable and so you feel comfortable going into his office and so he's definitely the best neurologist I've ever been to.

Yes. I felt that Jeff clearly understand why I needed to use my health care coverage at this time, what my health issues were, and how I could best utilize the coverage. And I felt that he listened to me very openly. I felt like I was heard. And most importantly I felt that he was sincerely interested in my health, my wellbeing, and my improved wellbeing. And I felt very heard and very cared about. So I would most certainly recommend him highly to anyone else in my position without a question.

I thought he was one of the better provides I had seen in a long time. He spent more time with me than he needed to just to make me feel comfortable. I went to see him for a second opinion but I will now see him as my primary. He is very knowledgeable and caring.

I highly recommend him. He is the best doctor I have seen for epilepsy. This is the first man I have seen with his knowledge of epilepsy. I have seen a neurologist for so long and finally they got me to the right one.

I was impressed with the visit I had with him, it was the first time I had ever met with a neurologist. I am having some health issues and he has scheduled tests to see what is causing those issues.

He's outgoing, caring, and patient. He's understanding and definitely knowledgeable. He doesn't rush me no matter how much time I need with him, I have the time with him. There's no rush with him. It's you need me, and here I am.

I tried another doctor, before I went to him and it didn't really work out. So, I was referred to him and honestly it's been amazing ever since. He's got a really good bedside manner, he takes care of you as an individual patient, not just a number. He treats you like a person.

I like that he spent a good amount of time with me. He went over every one of my issues. He explained the things he could help and the things he couldn't, he told me to ask my general practitioner. The things he could help he explained and told me what reactions to look out for. He seemed really caring about my concerns.

As far as experience with him he seemed to know what he was doing and understood the situation we were in. We went in because I had a seizure and he was able to use that occasion and such to take care of the problem.
