Dr. Kraft is awesome - so happy that I was referred to him by my G.I. It's always more reassuring to be treated by someone younger, with a good sense of humor and a good bedside manner. He really puts you at ease and yet answers any questions you may have.

I loved how the girls, the doctor's assistants, the nurses, and the doctor's staff treated me. The girls are very professional. There's a girl up front who helped me with upcoming appointments. She's very kind, very professional. And I loved the way she treated me. Thank you.

I feel there was a great bedside manner, a lot of knowledge behind his statements, very courteous, highly attentive, listened to me. The staff did their job in spite of everything. At first, I had a little bit of trouble getting to the doctor to make the appointment, but eventually I got through using what little knowledge I've had. And I was able to see and meet the doctor. I'm very pleased with him and his professionalism. And most of the girls were very, very courteous and attentive.

Yes, I was very fortunate to have Dr. Jeffrey Kraft. I was blessed. He was very thorough, very intelligent, awesome, very good bedside manner. I'd refer to him to other people, which I already have in this short time. I'm very happy with everything, everything. He's a wonderful man, awesome surgeon. And thank you for asking that and letting me have the time to explain myself. I'm very lucky.

Professional services and very courteous

Everything was fine except front desk forgot about me. Another person went before me for same provider. I asked them and they said something about oh different providers. And i told them no he said mine. And i was there an hour earlier than him and still was taken after. It was a hot day and the room was hot. I didn't make it an issue but it wasnt my best experience in the waiting room. Woman who took me in for my vitals was super nice though. Front desk apologized but after looking for parking in hoboken for half an hour, only to be forgotten isn't what you'd call a good experience.
