Since Dr. Charen is retiring at the end of this month (Dec 2025) I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. If not for that, I would absolutely recommend him. I've seen him for many years, he did my hip replacement and has treated me for knee issues as well. I wish him the best in his retirement.

I thought this staff was very cooperative and very nice. If I had any questions, they were willing to answer and they were very, very efficient, especially the x-ray tech. I thought she was very good. Thank you.

I'am sad that Dr. Charen was retiring. He is a really good doctor. But recommend another doctor which nice of him.

Hi, the doctor was very good and handled my questions and what I needed. However, the secretary or whoever handles calls were not. I left messages, nobody called me back, I had to keep on calling just to get an answer. So my comment is please return calls and at least let me know what's going on. Thank you.

I went into his office with doncerns and pain when I walked out I had my questions answered and was pain free. It's the best I have felt in 10 years

We love this doctor. My family has been going to the doctor from early 90's. So far he has never misdiagnosed anyone in my family.

Good afternoon. As a patient, I think communication on the recorder and with the secretary, for example, directly from the doctor, should be a little more sensitive, a little rough when dealing with the employee, and a little more sensitive with the patient, because sometimes the patient needs time and the doctor has to react a little, and it's not because one doesn't want to work, but because one doesn't feel well and one wants to keep the job, and if they don't give them the time, they can't get better. Thank you.

I was told to come in 15 minutes early and then don't see the doctor until almost 2 hours after that. Complete disgrace!!
