Everyone treated me with the utmost professional care and understanding to all my needs in order to get me past my injury. Dr Murray and Physical Therapist and the staff treated me as though I was their only patient. Thanks again.

While Dr. Murray was not able to help me with the issue I have, he was able to refer me to another doctor who can.

I appreciated the fact that Dr. Jeffrey Murray asked questions, answered questions and explained a lot about my issue. He also explained that he couldn't help me with my issue. But, he took the time to speak with other clinicians to try to get me the help I need. Dr. Murray was able to find a physician that would see me. When I called to make an appointment with that particular physician, I was told that they don't deal with that type of issue. (Which, I was told was not true) So, Dr. Murray's office was able to make the appointment. I have much respect for Real Physicians.

I had a mostly positive experience. However, my biggest complaint was that I showed up 10 minutes early to my appointment and I wasn't seen for almost an hour past my appointment. So I would appreciate a faster response time and also better communication if there's a delay.

Yes, I was supposed to have received a call regarding my getting gel shots for my knees and I still haven't heard anything. I would like to have an appointment but I was told to wait until someone calls me. Could someone please give me a call regarding my getting gel shots? Dr. Murray prescribed that for me and no one has called me. Thank you.

Dr. MURRAY is very knowledgeable. Provided several options as to ways to approach treatment for fractured proximal humerus. Included me in the decision and approach. Very approachable and down to earth. Will follow him through the course of the care and treatment.

Experience was fine. Yet trying to reschedule for the 2nd visit.....I finally hung up. I was 10 in line and after 20 minutes wait time, I hung up. Hire more schedulers to answer the phone.

Yes, I was very happy with how everything went visiting Dr. Murray from the scheduling all the way through the visit. Really, nothing to complain about. He was very communicative, listened to my situation, offered suggestions. And so I trusted his recommendations and I'm going to follow his plan and hopefully I'll get my injury resolved. So I was very happy and look forward to working with Dr. Murray through the whole healing process. So thank you.
