The appointment did not start on time. I had to wait an hour after my scheduled time. I wish the appointment would be closer to on time.

Appointment was made within a reasonable amount of time. October's aware of my history & provided several options of treatment, along with his recommendation & possible outcomes; but the final decision was mine.
