Dr Dyo is a sensational doctor. He is one of the best doctors that I have ever had never rushes me always very thorough and always follows up on a timely basis and has responded before even on a weekend which is almost unheard of. I have tremendous respect for him and I am thankful that I am able to have him as my doctor..

The doctor was great, but the receptionist did not check in and she needs to learn a little bit because we were not able to see the doctor until three hours later because we missed the appointment. The lady forgot to check in. We need to have this more efficiently. The doctor was okay. Bye-bye. If you want to ask questions about the receptionist, you can call me back. Hello. This is {patient name removed}. My last appointment with Dr. Dyo, I had a little misunderstanding. It was 100% my fault. He wanted me to have two procedures or two checkups and an EKG, I mean, and echo and something else. And I had just had my thought, and so I said I wasn't going to do it, so I kind of left it at that. And I got home, I told my wife. She said, no, you never did get it. We tried three or four times to get an appointment. We never got them. So it's 100% my fault, and I want to apologize if I didn't get a chance to have him come see him again. But it was something I thought I had. I've been having so many...so many tests and x-rays and all this stuff. I don't know what I'm doing anymore. But no, he was...he was perfect and...and polite. And he's one of the best...

I have been very happy with the UCI Costa Mesa office since signing on with Dr Jessica Wu. Without fail everyone has been prompt, kind and concerned with my care. I have recommended this facility and the doctors there to several friends.

Services were excellent, I just have one problem that is blood pressure testing stuff like that for me coming over to the center, I have to check in and pressure should be given given without going into the back.

Dr. Dyo was really accommodating. He explained to me, my options and gave me some feedback about my overall health at the end of my visit, he even asked me if I have anything more to discuss about or anything, any health concern. And I really appreciated that because a lot of doctors want to spend extra time with their patients because they're always washing but not with the door and not not with the UCI. Clinic. And I am very satisfied with the services that I am receiving from UTI, and I will surely recommend or, I've been recommending the clinic and my providers to other people.

Dr. Jeffrey Dyo took his time in assessing my health & current medical condition and scheduled lab test. He even escorted me to the reception area to schedule my next appointment with him.

Dr. Dyo, Is the most thorough and knowledgeable doctor. He doesn't rush you. Listens to all your medical needs/concerns and provides a solution. So knowledgeable. Treats you like an individual and not a number. Can't say enough good things about him. Staff is so friendly and nice.

It was a bit challenging to find and establish care with a primary care provider. The websites leave something to be desired as a customer facing interface to research and connect with available providers who are currently accepting patients.

Hi, Dr. Dyo was fantastic. So, glad we're changing to UC Irvine, as well. It was very good experience. All the people that we met, were very friendly. We've been making appointments and everybody we talked to has been so very helpful, a huge change from home and what we'd expect from UC Medical. Thank you so much. We feel so much more reassured, now that we switch doctors to Dr. Dyo and UC Irvine. Thank you.

Hello, I would like to say that Dr. Jeffrey Dyo was a great doctor. He was very informative, caring, he gave me a lot of information and I really appreciate it when I was sick and I'm a lot better today than I was on Thursday last week and I really appreciate his kindness and his time, attention, everything that was that was at the appointment was beyond my expectations. First time with this doctor and at this office. Dr. Dyo was very friendly and attentive with my information and situation, provided a treatment, and explained what we hoped to expect and what might be needed if that wasn't the case. After a failed treatment plan from a local, non-UCI Urgent Care, this was so welcomed. Even better, I was able to get an appointment same day, a Friday before the weekend. This location is further from my regular office, but I would go here again to see Dr. Dyo based on experience.

Dr Dyo was super nice, went to many other PCPs and was super convenient. I was surprised how easy it was to see a doctor with UCI health on a short notice. I look forward to having my care handled with UCI Health.

I became a patient of Dr. Jeffrey Dyo for the first time yesterday. He was extremely thorough and even read my file (I'm already a patient by way of another UCI department) ahead of time! He asked me lots of questions germane to my health to get a baseline which I really appreciated because otherwise I'm sure I would have forgotten to tell him something of importance. He's also very personable!

I did not notice the doctor wash his hands; that doesn't mean he didn't do it. I was talking quite a bit and probably just didn't notice. everyone very helpful and friendly. Beautiful office!

Dr Dyo is an excellent PCP. He is thorough, patient, and very responsive. When I have had questions through MyChart, he always responds promptly and helpfully, including setting up phone or video calls as necessary.

The physician - Dr Dyo was thorough, knowledgeable, unrushed, friendly and professional . I would recommend him highly. The office staff were friendly and efficient. Those in charge of setting up and running the operation are also to be commended as it's one of the better run medical settings that I've experienced recently
