Dr. Jeffrey Conforti & staff makes sure my 91 1/2 year old mother appointment is on time & assists if necessary getting her ready for doctor procedure. Plus always complements her & that is something think every elderly person likes to hear!

I thought that I lost my hearing aid during my visit. The staff was very kind and helped me search for it. Debra at the front desk even called me the next morning to see if I found it and said she would personally check my exam room. I did find it later, in the car.

Dr. Conforti is an amazing doctor. He really listens and helps with what's needed and his office staff is also absolutely amazing, very caring and kind and went out of their way to help my son and I, my son's special needs. So thank you very much to Dr. Conforti and his staff.

The front desk needs better attention & clarity. Personnel walked away from window to help patients while others waited to check in; directed to wrong check in window because "you don't look like one of my patients wearing a mask"; waited 1 hour. Other patients were ignored & not checked in & allowed to sit as appointments went by without being asked if they needed help & were annoyed. Front desk is chaotic & receptionists appear too busy to actually attend the check in process. All in all 2 hours for that visit.

Office was difficult to locate within the building. Office definitely needs an upgrade.
