Been waiting 4 months for a referral, haven’t gotten it yet. Improvement in this area is desperately needed.Thinking seriously about leaving Jen Care.This is the second time this has happened since I been with Jen Care.

The staff are such amazing and caring ladies, always welcoming and greeting you each and every time I come. They treat you with such tender and loving concern. Always asking how are you feeling, and if not feeling well they are there to do their best in changing that. Dr. Cromwell is amazing also, she’s definitely concern for my needs as an COPD and diabetic patient. Each time I come there is always politeness, professionalism, and appreciation. Thank you for making Seniors noticeable.

Excellent service from my Doctors and nurse. The really made me feel like the cared, took time to lesson. I had asked for the information on who to refer new patients if you have agents. They never returned my call. Left the request at the front desk
