Technical knowledge and expertise were fine, but I don’t remember seeing any of the employees except the receptionist smile or have a welcoming attitude. I felt that possibly the office was understaffed and that caused a stressful situation.

This was my first visit. The staff was very efficient and kind. My appointment was first thing in the morning and the wait was about an hour. I'm not sure why it was so long. I was however satisfied with the overall service.
