Dr Frei always takes the time to make me feel heard. She is the first doctor I’ve had that made me feel like there was an actual doctor patient relationship and not just a person I am visiting today.

Dr Frei is a great addition to Piedmont. I love that she takes time to get to know her patients. She’s professional, personable, a could listener, and she makes recommendations to assist with lifestyle changes. I really appreciate this.

I enjoy the fact that Dr. Frei is compassionate about her patients. She doesn’t make me feel like I’m just a number and she needs to rush through my concerns. That speaks volumes to me as a patient. I’ve had other doctors whom seemed to be in a hurry to get in and out.

Dr. Frei is truly a gem. When I first met her last year in the fall. I was not feeling myself and needed help physically and mentally. I was at my lowest point. She literally walked away from her computer, leaned in and listened. She heard me and was there for me like no other doctor I had ever visited in my lifetime. She has been consistent with the level of care and compassion since that day. She is a blessing to my life and I can’t thank her enough for helping me get back on my journey to a healthier lifestyle. As of today, I am well because of her! Please keep her around because we need more doctors like her on this world.

As I stated earlier, I’m more than happy with Dr. Frei. I feel that I’m heard more than just a number whenever I see her. I like that she takes her time to explain my healthcare and conditions. She shows a great deal of concern. I feel confident in sharing my personal concerns with her. She’s a great asset to Piedmont and I hope she plans on staying because I’d never want to lose her as my primary care doctor.
