Dr. Ernest is a compassionate Dr. who listens to her patients. She is very knowledgeable about her profession and reviews her patients chart before going into the room. I do feel that because I moved to [CITY] that she kinda hurried up the visit. I was hoping that we would talk about my cancer and treatments further, but all in all if someone asks me about a good physician in Alma I would definitely recommend her

That Dr Ernest is an amazing Dr. She is kind, she takes each individuals health very serious, your concerns become her concerns and she addresses each and everything that arises. I wouldn't want another Dr

I like Dr Ernest and the staff. They are always efficient and friendly. They do an excellent job. However, the new "AI" for note taking does not work well. The visit notes from my latest appointment that are in the MyChart portal do not accurately reflect what was said during the appointment. "AI" did not parse and condense the data correctly.
