Dr Wardlow is an excellent listener which guides her in her professional decisions. She also truly cares about helping her patients. A rare combination of intelligence, education, skill and compassion. Dr Wardlow is both an excellent Physican and kind person.

Dr Wardlow and her nurse were excellent. Then I needed to get bloodwork done and was given a hassle because I have a Humana Advantage plan. Since you went to Mercy One I have had issues with you and my insurance. We have excellent insurance with no co pay. I had to go to another location to get my bloodwork done to find out that you use Lab Corp and is approved by my insurance. I have full coverage in network and out of network. Get this insurance issue resolved!
