Dr Soh is incredibly knowledgeable, caring and knows my medical history. I trust her implicitly. I explain my ailments and she knows exactly what I have and how to treat it. She's a wonderful physician!

I have always liked Dr. Soh and this practice. If I have a problem, I can always reach someone-and if Dr. Soh is not available, there is always another doctor I can see. Dr. Soh is always knowledgeable about what's in my chart and always listens to my questions. I never feel rushed when talking with her.

I had a very nice appointment. I did not have to wait at any point. Dr. Soh remembers my history. Her and the staff are always very nice and informative. Dr. Soh also prepared me for her upcoming maternity absence letting me know who I will see while she is out.

Dr. Soh is awesome! She's attentive, listens to your concerns and answers all questions with such professionalism. It's nice to have a doctor with great bedside manner. The medical assistant [REDACTED] was pleasant. My husband and I have had good experiences with Dr. Soh.

It took 40 minutes to schedule the appointment which I felt was too long. My husband goes to another primary care provider (not Virtua) and he called and was able to get an appointment within 5 minutes and seen the same day. I understand that I called in the afternoon on a Friday and didn't need to be seen that day, however I don't think it shouldn't have taken that long to make an appointment. 40 minutes is too long to wait. When I am sick this is the reason I go to urgent care because I get seen right away, but I would rather go to my primary doctor.

I was very pleased with Dr. Soh. This was the first time I met her. I was a patient of Dr. Miller's. I was extremely pleased with how kind and how informed she was with my care. I would definitely highly recommend her to other people. Thank you so much.

Bedside manner and compassion were absent. I sensed frustration with my explanations... I guess I'm used to Dr. [REDACTED] understanding ways. At one point she waved her hand as to stop what I was trying to explain. I will not be revisiting this doctor.

Okay, in the beginning I was pressing threes. It should have been the highest number, which was four. I'm sorry, but I was in the process of cooking dinner and didn't listen to hear the whole thing. Dr. So is wonderful. My mother likes her. She takes the time to listen. She is just a wonderful person and doctor. And I know she's going out on maternity leave and she will be missed, but Thank you.

Care has changed since I first began seeing doctors there. Some doctors appear somewhat angry about something. I was told there was only 20 minutes scheduled for me & I needed details about my MRI. I felt rushed. Even televisits seem rushed. What has happened that provoked this? Is it managed cost & managed care? Is it insurance issues? I miss the way things used to be.

Dr Soh more than anything else shows care. That is a treasure for someone carrying an affliction not easy to be expressed. For an average medical doctor you are just a piece of broken furniture; without even acknowledging you, they are mere typist or someone struggling not to fall asleep, while you are trying to report what is making your life miserable. Thanks Dr Soh for honoring the Hippocratic spirit.
