Jean is always pleasant and efficient. She listens to my concerns and answers my questions. But being very old fashioned……. I dislike virtual appointments, even though I realize that is the new way of things.

Didn’t tell me what my EKG showed. Not helpful with transferring care, or reason for the transfer. Seemed in a hurry. Just told me to loose weight, be more active. Didn’t ask if I was exercising. On Ozempic and have lost 71 pounds but have gained 9back. Was unable to ask her why. Thought whole visit was a waste of time.if I was exercising
