Jean Schmitt was friendly, kind and understanding. She was very thorough and genuinely seemed concerned. She explained everything very well, talked through options and potential scenarios to ensure we had full understanding. This was by far the way visit and provider we have ever had at Iowa Heart

Ms. Schmitt went over my meds, explained there effects, and whether they needed to be adjusted. She then asked if I had any questions, which I did. She answered them to my satisfaction.

Didn’t tell me what my EKG showed. Not helpful with transferring care, or reason for the transfer. Seemed in a hurry. Just told me to loose weight, be more active. Didn’t ask if I was exercising. On Ozempic and have lost 71 pounds but have gained 9back. Was unable to ask her why. Thought whole visit was a waste of time.if I was exercising
