Lady who called me to go back to the exam room was extremely rude. She saw I was in a wheelchair and in extreme pain and offered no help at all

Did not understand due to I had an identical operation on my other knee during COVID and did not have to go thur all of this and I had all the same conditions and doctors at that time

Janie was so sweet and tried to get me the Kenalog for the shot that I wanted, and couldn't get it, and gave me another one, but it's not what I really need, and she really tried hard. Have you stopped having Kenalog now? That's what I need in place of cortisone for my knee shots. I wish someone could tell me about your ability to give people Kenalog, which I had in January with Nicole, and that was my wonderful one to help. Nothing else helps like that, and I'd love to get it again. But Jamie was wonderful, really, really kind.
