I wish she remembered my concerns and took more time to atleast remember who I am and why she saw me a couple of months ago. It didn’t feel personable and I felt like I was just another patient. She's forgetful and accidentally misdiagnosed me with cancer…. Coming from Kaiser I had expectations from St. Agnes and it just didn’t even come close to the care I received from Kaiser.
