Absolutely everyone greets you as you walk through the Baptist Cancer Center. It seems no one is ever in a bad mood, the appointments are seen on time and follow up appts or testing have been coordinated before you leave the center. Everything is made as stress free as possible.

Dr McClune and his staff were so professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their office.

My doctor and the entire staff are wonderful. My doctor made me feel better after he explained everything to me. It lowered my anxiety level.
He also explained everything where I could understand what was happening. He made me feel comfortable with asking him any questions without me feeling silly about them.
I know I’m in good hands with my doctors and nurses there.

Dr McClune and his team had a good meeting with me and I feel well informed about the potential procedure to come. I appreicated Christine, I believe that was her name, that did my breathing test as well and she had high praise for Dr. McClune and how authentically he cares about his patients she has witnessed first hand.

It's clean and the staff are friendly and helpful if I have questions. I had minimal wait time for my appointment, and check in was very easy! The doctor addressed all my concerns at the appointment, and my procedure was scheduled promptly at a time of my choosing. I had an all-around great appointment!

When you go to any department at MD Anderson for your cancer care it is impossible to go wrong. From the front desk staff, to the nurse who takes your vitals, and then to the oncologist you see, you are treated with loving care and professionalism.

The staff was very friendly and professional. I'm terrified of my cancer diagnosis, however. They were very successful at detailing my steps in a fashion i could process. They answered all of my question, from the doctors, the nurses, and total staff.
They helped relieve most of my anxiety. Loved them all

Everything, from beginning to end. The atmosphere when I walked into the lobby, the warm, friendly greetings and the seamless check-in. The physician and his nurse were absolutely amazing. He broke everything down, showing the scans, discussed options and ensure that all needed follow-ups were scheduled.

Wonderful supportive attitude of entire staff, at every desk, room, OR, excellent repetition of questions to me ascertaining 100% of my purpose there and verifying my medical history.
