It's clean and the staff are friendly and helpful if I have questions. I had minimal wait time for my appointment, and check in was very easy! The doctor addressed all my concerns at the appointment, and my procedure was scheduled promptly at a time of my choosing. I had an all-around great appointment!

When you go to any department at MD Anderson for your cancer care it is impossible to go wrong. From the front desk staff, to the nurse who takes your vitals, and then to the oncologist you see, you are treated with loving care and professionalism.

The staff was very friendly and professional. I'm terrified of my cancer diagnosis, however. They were very successful at detailing my steps in a fashion i could process. They answered all of my question, from the doctors, the nurses, and total staff.
They helped relieve most of my anxiety. Loved them all

Everything, from beginning to end. The atmosphere when I walked into the lobby, the warm, friendly greetings and the seamless check-in. The physician and his nurse were absolutely amazing. He broke everything down, showing the scans, discussed options and ensure that all needed follow-ups were scheduled.

Wonderful supportive attitude of entire staff, at every desk, room, OR, excellent repetition of questions to me ascertaining 100% of my purpose there and verifying my medical history.

Dr. Jason McClune and his team are all such “Blessings from GOD!” Dr. McClune’s brilliant mind is equally matched to his warm personality. His team including Anna, Janeen, and Savannah also make you feel as though you are visiting a friend instead of being at a medical appointment. Each of these wonderful individuals are in my Prayer Book. May GOD bless each of them as richly as I am blessed through them!

Dr McClune takes time to review tests and explain plan of care with treatment options in very good detail and explanation. Dr McClune answered my questions and was very patient to not rush the visit. The staff was very caring and compassionate to explain , where to go and being escorted as to know where to go. Anna his nurse was very kind to escort me as to where to proceed to make the follow up visit and test to be completed.
