This was the first annual Medicare exam I've received at St. Luke's In the last 3 years that was thorough and complete. Previously, the doctors were brusk and inattentive, and made no effort to have a connection to me as a patient. I was ready to leave St. Luke's until seeing Dr. Hand this year. If his care is indicative of a new turn at St. Luke's, then I will continue to give them the trust of my care.

We absolutely LOVE Dr Hand. He listens, explains and we NEVER feel rushed. We're so grateful for his thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate care...and his sense of humor! He's an amazing doctor, and we're very blessed to have him as our physician.

1st visit, picked him as new primary care Dr, was extremely impressed with personality, eased of conversation, Knowledge. Was very much like talking to Dr. Perryman whom we had seen for 43 years.

Dr. Hand is my new PCP and this was my Annual Physical. So, the visit takes longer in order to update my records. Both of us came prepared and consequently, the visit went smoothly yet we covered all my concerns and Medicare's guidelines
