Jason is trapped in a system that is broken. When you are sick, a person needs to see a doctor then, not next week. I rarely go to SSM when I'm actually sick. I go to an urgent care facility so I can get what I need when I need it. Jason is great, but you guys are very poor at dealing with patients that need to get treatment right away to prevent a condition from getting worse. When you call in and have to leave a message, you're informed that someone will get back to you within 2 business days. That kind of service is worthless.
